365 Outfit Challenge: Week 3

Unfortunately this week is when I began to experience

two main difficulties with the challenge. First, it

is becoming increasingly difficult to resist buying new

clothes. (I think it might be time to unfollow all

those fashion bloggers on Instagram and YouTube!)

Second, finding outfits to wear on my days off is

really starting to cause me a slight amount of stress

because I don't want to wear something I could

also wear to work or to a concert! There are only so many

ways one can pair shorts and a tee/tank!

.......................................................................

Day 15:

The temperature outside on this day was in the mid to upper 90s so

keeping the amount of clothing to a minimum was a must! Therefore

I chose to wear this navy blue No Boundaries tank top, olive green

Old Navy shorts, brown Old Navy flip flops, and a brown belt.

(This look was actually inspired by Jennifer Aniston!)

Day 16:

Yet another hot day off from work allowed me to break out this Japna

shirt dress from Marshalls for the first time which I paired with

some cognac sandals from Forever 21.

.................................................................

Day 17:

I must have really been feeling a little rebellious fashion

wise on this day because I completely stepped outside of my comfort

zone by wearing my Lanzom wide brim hat! I paired my hat

with my white Old Navy tank top, sage green Sofia skinny jeans from Walmart,

and tan boots. I also made sure to add in some accessories including

my gold Rhia fashion bracelets and my gold and tan watch from Target!

.......................................................

Day 18:

I was feeling some real carribean cruise vibes on this day! For a

top I wore my No Boundaries navy blue floral tank top,

white American Eagle distressed tomgirl shorts, a cognac belt, and

cognac sandals from Forever 21. My accessories included a double

layer gold circle necklace and a woven purse from Amazon.

.....................................................................

Day 19:

For this outfit I wore my olive green Old Navy tank

top with my black American Eagle skinny jeans,

Aeropostale jean jacket, and Carlos taupe booties. Accessories were

kept at a minimum with only my silver owl necklace.

..................................................................

Day 20:

This day was the day before the 4th of July and since I was

planning on attending a "4th" of July party that evening I wanted

to wear something that was low key festive! Therefore I

went with my white Old Navy v-neck tee, high waisted American

Eagle skinny jeans, and my red vans. For accessories I wore a red

bandana, a white scrunchie, a silver necklace, and a silver

and blue bracelet.

...........................................................................

Day 21:

Happy 4th of July! To celebrate the 4th and showcase my patriotism I

wore this black American flag tank top paired with distressed bootcut jeans,

and my Justin cowboy boots. I also wore my red Victoria Secret sports

bra underneath to add a slight pop of color to the outfit!

Favorite outfits: Days 17 and 20

I actually really liked almost every outfit this week so

choosing a favorite one was a challenge for sure! However, in

the end I think my favorite outfits would have to be days 17

and 20. Even though both days pushed me outside of my comfort zone

with the big hat and the bandana, they left me feeling

cute and confident which is exactly what I want an outfit to do!

Here’s to week 4!
