About Me

Hey y'all! I'm Amy!

I’m a small town Kansas girl who graduated from McPherson College in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and currently spend my days putting my degree to use as a microbiologist! Yes I am a nerd and I am very proud of it! lol

I initially started this blog as a way to express my passion for fashion and to connect with others during a very dark and isolating time of my life. Now though the blog and I have grown to embrace even more of my passions including Halloween and all things spooky, my LOVE of food and trying new restaurants, my newfound and totally unexpected love for running and fitness, my tv binging and reading habits, and my travels across…well the country for now but hopefully one day the world! I really hope to one day say that I have been to all 50 states, every national park, and that I have stepped foot on all 7 continents. (As of right now I have visited 44/50 states, 29/63 national park and no new continents yet so there is a LOT of traveling left to get done!)

I am a cat mom to three adorable little floofs (Bailey, Granger, and Figaro) whose main mission, I am convinced, is to destroy, but they steal my heart every time I look at them so I can’t stay mad for long. Love you babies.

I also enjoy creating content for the online book club I do with my friend Kelly, The Everyday Epic, creating travel content for The Everyday Roamers, and more all over on my YouTube channel The Everyday Adventurers!
