365 Outfit Challenge Week 8
We made it another week fam! One of the biggest challenges I have been
facing as of late is still not running out of clothes to wear
(although fall cannot get here soon enough!), but instead
remembering what outfits I have already worn! I am so thankful
that I have created a word document detailing my outfits for each
day and also that I have pictures of the majority of them because
otherwise I know there would for sure be some overlap! I mean
honestly most days I can hardly remember what I ate for breakfast,
let alone remember over 50 different outfits. The majority of this
week's outfits were fairly simple and featured a lot of affordable pieces
cause ya girl is truly a budget shopper at heart! Enjoy week 8!
.
Day 50:
This outfit features my maroon floral spaghetti strap tank top
from Walmart, my dark wash Maurices jean shorts, and my
light gray Old Navy cardigan. To dress up this simple outfit a
little bit I chose to wear my blush Universal Thread espadrille wedges
from Target and for accessories I wore my silver flower necklace.
.
Day 51:
On this night, the plan was to attend the Abilene Wild Bill
Hickok Rodeo so I wanted an outfit that had more of a
country western theme to it. Therefore I chose my purple
“Back Roads and Country Nights” tank from Maurices,
my bootcut Levi jeans, and my camel Old Navy booties to
create a little bit of a different look than regular cowboy boots.
.
Day 52:
For this day I created a semi monochromatic look
with my black Supernatural tee from Hot Topic, my
black American Eagle skinny jeans, a black belt,
my Aeropostale jean jacket, my gray and white polka dot
Vans, and my Supernatural necklace also from Hot Topic.
Day 53:
This extremely simple outfit features my Old Navy
gray v-neck tee, high waisted American Eagle skinny jeans,
taupe Unisa booties, and my silver triangle necklace.
Day 54:
I spent this day lounging at the pool with my
cousins so my outfit consisted of my orange floral Victoria’s
Secret swimsuit, my white lace swimsuit coverup from
Walmart, my cognac sandals from Forever 21, and
my camel Lanzom wide brim hat from Amazon.
Day 55:
This outfit is an extremely affordable one with
the majority of my clothing pieces coming from,
believe it or not, Walmart! My floral kimono, maroon scoop neck tank,
and high waisted Levi jean shorts are all pieces from Walmart
while my Lanzom wide brim hat is from Amazon and my
white Shade & Shore sandals are from Target. For accessories
I wore my angel wing necklace and my silver triangle necklace.
Day 56:
The weather this day was uncharacteristically cool when
compared to the other days this week so I decided to
go with a more transitional outfit featuring my black
and white striped Apt. 9 long sleeve top, my red Almost Famous
jeggings, my tan ankle boots, and my gold rope
necklace from Forever 21.
Favorite outfit of the week: Day 50!
This outfit is very simple, was extremely comfy to wear, and my
espadrille wedges added just the right amount of a cute
girly touch that really helped to dress up the outfit. However,
I have to admit, the main reason why I chose this outfit as my
favorite is due to the contrast between my short shorts and t
he height of the wedges. This contrast helped make my short little
legs appear slightly longer and there isn’t a
shortie out there who wouldn’t want that!
And that is week 8! Thank ya’ll so much for coming back for
another week and as always feel free to let me know
what outfit(s) you liked in the comments below! See you next week!
