I didn’t realize when I picked out the products in this article
(or I guess when TikTok picked them for me lol) that the majority of
them have actually been on the scene for quite awhile. Kind of makes
me wonder why they were on my TikTok to begin with, but then again
if they have been around for years and are still being talked about then
I guess that must mean they are winners! Lol

NYX Pore Filler Blurring Face Primer

So as I have said before I am not usually one that uses a primer
on my skin. However, I am always open to trying them out and this
NYX pore filler primer is supposed to tackle one of my biggest skin
concerns…large pores. I was very surprised by the texture of this
primer. It isn’t creamy or sticky like other primers, but instead
kind of chalky, yet extremely soft on the skin. However, I found this
primer a little frustrating to apply. It came out in clumps that would
promptly fall right off my fingers if I didn’t keep them upright or
press the primer onto my skin immediately. Even with this frustration
though I did notice a slight blurring effect on my pores as this primer
claims to do, but I don’t know if it’s worth the struggle.

Colourpop Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Creamy Concealer - Shade 07 Fair

One of my favorite things about this concealer is it’s blend-ability.
My e.l.f. camo concealer, while amazing, dries almost immediately
after application making it difficult to blend and avoid lines. This
concealer however, does not dry nearly as quickly allowing me to
apply my concealer everywhere I wish and then blend with ease. It
does have a very small applicator and it creates an amazing brightening
effect (which, if you are as pale as me, is something you didn’t think
was even possible). The coverage of this concealer is pretty decent even
though it doesn’t do much against my under eye circles although to
be honest I think the only way to get rid of those is to use actual paint. Lol
The more I use this concealer the more I love it.

COVERGIRL + Olay Simply Ageless Foundation - Shade 210 Classic Ivory

By some miracle the stress in my life hasn't put a ton of wrinkles
on my face so I can’t attest to how well this foundation does
at concealing them, but I can see how it could be effective. This
foundation is definitely full coverage. I will say that with this
foundation, if you have oily skin like me, a little goes a long way.
I could definitely feel the weight of this foundation on my face and
there wasn’t a powder I owned that could keep the shine down.
This is a product is just not for me.

Wet n Wild MegaGlo Contouring Palette

First things first, the bronzer in the palette is EXTREMELY pigmented.
One lil dab of your brush on the powder bronzer is all you need to do
like half your face, especially if you are fair skinned like myself. It
does blend well and the color is a beautiful warm color. The other
powder in this palette is actually quite pigmented and will add some
color to your face. (So if you do go overboard with the bronzer the
lighter powder does a great job of helping blend the color of the bronzer down.)
I can see it being a handy product to have for travel because you
carry only one product instead of two and it is nice and thin unlike
my other bronzers and finishing powders.

Re-Purchase? No. This is a nice product and would be great for
travel, but I went through the finishing powder so quickly and I prefer
my Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer over the bronzer in this palette.

Milani Baked Blush - Shade Luminoso

I wasn’t planning on including this blush in this round of Tiktok
makeup products, but when I saw it in Walmart I couldn’t pass it up.
The packaging and color of it sold me..it was just sooo pretty!
(Honestly reminds me a little of how the MAC blushes look tbh.)
When applied to my skin (it is definitely pigmented) it delivers a beautiful
rosy, kissed by the sun look, that I think is absolutely perfect for summertime.

Revlon SkinLights Prismatic Highlighter - ShadeDaybreak Glimmer

I love the packaging of this highlight because, not only does it
look like a high end product, but I think the design of the highlight
looks like snakeskin. (Honestly what sold me on it. Lol) This highlight
looks absolutely amazing on my skin and I love the color of it. It’s not
overly gold and provides more of a natural blinding highlight
which I greatly appreciate.

L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara - Shade Blackest Black

I actually really love this mascara. The amount of volume that it
provides is incredible and exactly what I look for in a mascara. It
seriously makes my eyelashes look so full and I am here for it.
I also think the packaging of the product is very sophisticated and
looks like something a fancy old rich lady would have in her makeup
collection. Lol Hard to believe it is a drugstore mascara.

Maybelline Total Temptation Eyebrow Definer Pencil - Shade 300 Blonde

Once I find a makeup technique I like I stick to it and when it
comes to brows my technique includes blocking and eyeshadow. Lol
I honestly cannot remember the last time I used an actual eyebrow
pencil. With that in mind it is probably not hard to imagine that the
first few times I used this eyebrow pencil from Maybelline were...well….disastrous.
I wanted to throw this pencil across the room! I was trying to draw
on my eyebrows by using the pencil like an actual crayon, pressing
it down onto my face to draw lines, but I found the trick to using this
pencil is to use short motions with a lighter hand. It does take me a little
longer to do my brows, but the color match is so much better with my platinum hair. One thing
to definitely watch with this pencil is that it comes off VERY easy.

Rimmel Scandal'Eyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner - Shade Black

The lightest touch is all it takes to apply this eyeliner and it glides
on smoothly. It also is very pigmented so you won’t have to apply
multiple layers and definitely stands by its waterproof claims. I did
have some issues trying to draw a wing, but I think it was more due
to my lack of skill than anything (I am a liquid liner person lol).

I am a HUGE Marvel fan so when I saw this eyeshadow set on
TikTok I bought it immediately. One of the first things that surprised
me about this set was the price. Each palette came in at around
$5 which I thought was just insane especially considering it is a pop
culture themed set. Now, I will admit that the price made me skeptical
of the quality, however, one use was all it took in order to put any
worries I had at ease. Each palette in this set has some very pigmented
colors that apply easily, look great on the eyes, and have little
to no fallout. I LOVE this set so much.*

*My one critique/tip is to stay away from the glitter shadows in
the palette. I don’t know if it is just my inexperience with glitter

to scream. I HATE GLITTER. Lol

Colourpop So Juicy Plumping Gloss - Shade She’s Here

You can definitely feel the plumping powers at work when you
apply this lip gloss. It is like a cooling/prickling sensation. The applicator
and tube makes application of this lip gloss suuuuper easy and it
does add a slightly pinkish nude pigment to the lips (with some sparkle).
This is definitely a lip gloss that your hair is going to get stuck in when
windy so just keep that in mind if you are someone that is not a fan of that.

L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Mist & Fix Spray

My biggest complaint with setting sprays is their sprayability.
Some make it feel like you are in the middle of a rain storm after
one spray and some don't have the power behind their mist to get
it to your face. However, the sprayability of this setting spray is absolutely
perfect and it will keep your makeup in place all day.
