To kick things off we made SURE to order one of their 3lb cinnamon rolls for the table (which you can actually watch them make near the front entrance. They even have seating at a bar top that gives you an unobstructed view of the entire process!) A unique thing involving the cinnamon rolls is that they don’t come to you frosted. Our waitress actually brought a separate container with fresh frosting and poured it over the top right there at our table. It was a glorious sight to see and my mouth was hardcore watering through the entire pour.
Now for the main dishes. Cass ordered the sloppy biscuit which features a homemade biscuit topped with your choice of bacon, ham, or sausage (Cass went with bacon), 2 eggs, and cheese and then smothered in sausage gravy.
Next up we have Kelsey’s breakfast choice of the bird is the word bagel sandwich. This sandwich features a fresh baked homemade everything bagel with an egg in the hole, turkey, pepper jack cheese, and avocado.
Next Shannon went with the biscuits and gravy.
And finally I went with the insanely huge hangover hero breakfast burrito which has scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, hashbrowns, and either sausage gravy or queso over the top.

Y’all know I am ALL for nostalgia and throwback vibes so I was super excited to try out Paul’s Breakfast House! Everything on the inside was decorated perfectly with the classic 80s designs and colors, neon signs, and even TVs playing movie clips and music from that time as well! The place was insanely busy and we did have a bit of a wait before we were able to be seated at a table, but I think our waitress still did a great job and all of our food came out pretty quickly. While it was good I do think my burrito had a bit too much going on with it to receive a 10/10 from me. The only real flavor I tasted was FOOD and not really any of the specific elements of the burrito which left me feeling like it was missing something. So with that said I probably won’t be ordering the burrito again, but I definitely would love to go back to try other things off the menu (and of course get that cinnamon roll once again).
