Episode 3: Home Alone
Merry Christmas Ya Filthy Animal. In this episode of So Cluckin’ Good we are making our own versions of the food seen in the movie Home Alone. Hope you enjoy!
Recipes
Buzz’s Tarantula Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
Eggs
Mayo
Mustard
Paprika
Lowry Seasoning
Whole Black Olives
Sliced Black Olives
.
Directions:
1) Boil eggs until they are hard boiled.
2) Remove shells and cut eggs in half lengthwise.
3) Remove egg yolks and place into a bowl. Be careful to not break the whites!
4) In the bowl with the egg yolks smash the yolks and then add in mayo, mustard, and Lowry seasoning.
5) Stir to combine and then place mixture in a baggie to be piped out.
6) Pipe the yolks mixture into the empty egg whites.
7) Cut whole olives in half lengthwise and the sliced olives in half as well.
8) Place half of a whole olive face down in the middle of egg yolk mixture on eggs and surround with your halves of slices olives to make it look like spider legs. I did 8 legs, buuuut that was a lot of olive to egg so maybe only do like 4. lol
9) Top with paprika.

Our Version of Easy Mac Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
Pasta (We used the Christmas pasta from Aldi
1 block Velveeta (we used the off brand cheese melt from Aldi)
Lowry Seasoning
Pepper
2 handfuls Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 1/3 cup Milk
.
Directions:
1) Boil pasta on stove until al dente. Set aside.
2) Cut velveeta into cubes and place in a pot on the stove to melt over medium heat.
3) Add in seasonings and milk stirring occasionally until everything is melted and mixed together.
4) Add in a couple handfuls of shredded cheese to help thicken the sauce a little.
5) Dump in your strained noodles. Stir to coat the noodles with cheesy goodness.

Ice Cream Sundae

There’s no rules on how to create an ice cream sundae, but here are the things we used or had available.

M&Ms, Heath crumbles, Skittles, mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, strawberry syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles, cookies, donuts, vanilla ice cream.
