We stopped here to grab a little snack between our activities for the day and this is what we went with:
I got a cheeseburger with a side of fries.
Cass and Kelsey went the actual snacky route with fried pickles
and fried cheese curds.
Cass also got a grilled cheese sandwich. (I only managed to get a pic of half of it. lol)
We also all HAD to get some sweet treats including a chocolate shake for Kels
a small hot fudge sundae and chocolate ice cream.

While I was not alive in the 50s to experience diners of that time period first hand, Cakes-n-Cream really gives the vibes I expect a 50s diner would have had. The red and white colorway, the shiny tiles, and the menu itself makes you feel like you have been transported back to a different time. All of our food and sweet treats were absolutely delicious and this is definitely a place we would all return to!

Also fun to note that while this is a great place to eat they offer some other fun activities you can do as well including a small indoor arcade, outdoor mini golf, and a small drive in movie area in the parking lot behind the diner!
