To kick things off Kelsey and Cass decided to share the Hurricane Bowl. And y’all this picture does not do the size of it justice. It was huge. lol
For an appetizer we decided to try out the street corn queso dip.
Beau got the kids hamburger meal with fries.
He wanted his picture taken. lol
Kelsey got the Nashville Hot Chicken trashcan nachos.
And finally Cass and I each got Guy’s award winning bacon mac and cheese burger with a side of fries.

This is the first review I have written that hurts my heart to write. After watching Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives religiously for years and even creating a silly side quest to visit all of the restaurants showcased on the show, Guy has become a sort of “idol” for me. I was so so SO excited to finally get to visit one of his restaurants and it was fantastic…except for most of the food. The queso dip was good, but it really lacked flavor, especially the street corn flavor it was named for. However, the biggest disappointment came from the bacon mac and cheese burger. This is my all time favorite type of burger and not only was this supposed to be an award winning burger but a GUY FIERI award winning burger so I was stoked to give it a try. Unfortunately, it also lacked flavor. Each bite tasted like eating nothing and while I saw mac and cheese on it I somehow didn’t taste it. Now I’d love to say it was just me and my tastebuds were off, but unfortunately Cass had the same experience with hers. On the positive side Kelsey’s trashcan nachos were good and the presentation of those was so fun! Overall, I am glad I made it to a Guy Fieri restaurant, BUT I did sadly walk away a bit disappointed.
