First a look at their staggeringly huge menu:

Now on to our food!

Of course with this being our first visit here we had to try out a couple of their drink options. I went with the non alcoholic Matchbox Mule and Cass went with the alcoholic version called the Manifold Mule.

For an appetizer we ordered their tater kegs which are tater tots stuffed with bacon, cheddar, and chives.

For main dishes Cass ordered the jelly doughnut. A burger whose bun is a halved glazed donut and is topped with your choice of 3 jellies in addition to a burger patty, bacon, and cheese. I personally am not sure how I feel about jelly on a burger but she liked it!

Beau had the lil cheeseburger with fries.

I decided to test my luck with the spicy Chowzilla burger stacked with 2 beef patties, pepper jack cheese, fried jalapenos, fried pickles , peppered bacon, and spicy OH YEAH sauce all on Texas Toast. In all honesty, I mainly got this burger for the crazy presentation aspect of it because y’all I am a wuss when it comes to spice and when they say on the menu this burger is a fire-breather….believe them. However, I will say that what little bit I tasted before I burned all of my tastebuds off had really good flavor!

Finally we of course had to try out their shakes. (Granted mine was ordered more out of a necessity than anything since I was fighting for my life against the spiciness of the Chowzilla burger. lol) They certainly did not disappoint!

Sickies Garage Final Stats:

Service: 8/10

Food: 10/10

Cleanliness/Décor: 10/10

Price: $

Overall Rating: 9.3/10

I had high hopes for this restaurant before I even stepped through the doors and thankfully my hopes were not dashed after my visit. Not only does this place have some pretty sweet decor, I mean they literally have cars hanging from the ceiling, but the food is also amazing. I have been to Sickies multiple times now since this first visit and have yet to find a burger that I do not like. I also really love how unique some of their burgers get and that they have a lot of non-alcoholic options for their drinks as well! I do have a pro tip from Cass when it comes to the burgers that have more toppings than you know what to do with…order them without a bun! Then you aren’t wasting valuable stomach space on bread and you can eat them easier. Overall, Sickies is definitely worth making a pit stop for!
