With a huge menu full of tasty food options, deciding what to eat is always a challenge here. However, we managed to make some absolutely delicious selections. First up, Melaina and Alex stuck with their Easy Egg tradition and ordered a mimosa flight. Their flavors of choice this time were mangonada, orange, and strawberry.
Then for the food, Alex ordered the easy platter combo which comes with two eggs any way you want them, two pieces of bacon, two sausage links, two pieces of ham, hashbrowns, and toast. However, he substituted his toast for pancakes. This is definitely a breakfast option for those feeling super hungry!
Melaina strayed from her typical BLT order and went with the chicken and waffles along with a side of the breakfast potatoes. (Trust me…you want the breakfast potatoes.)
Finally, after much internal deliberation, I decided to go with the ham and cheese omelet with a side of the breakfast potatoes as well.

The Easy Egg continues to be one of my favorite breakfast places in Wichita. The vibes are similar to Homegrown in that they are light and fun and immediately make it feel like THE place to have brunch with friends. The food is delicious. I have yet to find a bad thing on the menu and those breakfast potatoes….I’m telling you they are gold. I have started a new tradition with my friends where we go to The Easy Egg to eat and then to a movie matinee and it is a tradition I definitely plan on continuing!
